  • The client shares with us the exclusive list of requirements that need to be fulfilled within mutually agreed timelines
  • BCL executive is placed at the client site or virtually assigned full time during this project duration for agreed number of days and frequency. The BCL executive will exclusively service the client for the said number of vacant positions
  • The client and BCL enter into an agreement for delivery milestones and areas of mutual responsibility, governance framework, timelines and project sign off criteria.
  • Project is dissolved upon fulfilment of positions or meeting any of the exit criteria as per agreement
