Beacon Consulting Line Founder Profile
JJ is a passionate HR practitioner with over 25 years of rich experience in various functions of Human Capital Management. Her professional journey spans across IT, ITES and Retail life Insurance sectors in full time capacities. She has held various positions of responsibility at globally. She has led large disparately located teams to high performance, supporting a workforce of 1000 – 12000.
Areas of her specialization include Leadership Development, Organization Culture Building, Diagnostic Assessments, Performance enablement, Designing bespoke HR solutions and systems.
She is a postgraduate in Personnel Management and Industrial relations from D G Vaishnav College Chennai, India, with a University Rank. She is an All-India topper in postgraduate certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India.
JJ is an avid reader, filmy music singer and enjoys playing scrabble and sudoku.
