Founder, Beacon Consulting Line
Jagajanani brings over 25 years of rich experience across various functions of Human Capital Management. Her professional journey spans the IT, ITES, and Retail Life Insurance sectors in full-time leadership capacities — including global and country-level roles at Ramco Systems, HCL, Serco Global Services, and CSS Corp (now Movate).
She has led large, geographically dispersed teams to high performance, supporting workforces ranging from 1,000 to 12,000 employees. Her specializations include Leadership Development, Organization Culture Building, Diagnostic Assessments, Performance Enablement, and designing bespoke HR solutions and systems.

PG Certificate in Human Resource Management — XLRI, Jamshedpur (All-India Topper)
